General Terms
Custom Design and Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of the content and designs you submit for printing. However, by submitting content to us, you grant Urban Kingdom, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use any text, images, logos, or other content you submit. You agree not to submit any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, is unlawful, offensive, or violates any applicable laws.
Order Processing
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not signify acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once the custom printing process begins.
Production Time
Production typically takes 1 day, 3-5 business days, 7-14 days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. Shipping times are additional.
Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, modifications (such as design changes, size changes, etc.) cannot be guaranteed. Please review your design and order details carefully before submitting.
Once an order is placed or apparel has been ordered, changes or swaps may result in additional fees, including restocking fees.

Custom Orders
All custom apparel is made to order. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom-made orders. Please review the details of your order carefully before submitting your order.
Exceptions may apply in cases of defective or incorrect items, as outlined below.
Restocking Fee
Many of the apparel items available on our website are not kept in stock and must be specially ordered to fulfill customer requests. If Urban Kingdom is required to order apparel on behalf of a customer and the customer later requests to swap or change to a different item, a restocking fee may apply. This fee covers supplier restocking charges and handling costs and will be deducted from any applicable store credit or charged prior to placing a replacement order.
Restocking fees vary based on the apparel supplier and item type and are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect design, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on your preference. To ensure a smooth process, please provide clear photos of the issue. Please note: The tags must be attached, the order # or receipt must be provided, and the item must be unworn.
Size Issues
We recommend double-checking the size of apparel before placing your order. If you’re unsure about the size, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. We cannot accept returns due to size-related issues.
Shipping Fees
Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of purchase and only if production has not yet begun. Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted. Same-day orders are final and may not be canceled.
