How does volume pricing work?
We offer bulk pricing for all orders over 12 items. We use a tiered pricing structure, so the more you order, the more you save per item. Pricing depends on a number of factors including quantity, number of print locations, number of colors, and garment selection. Contact us with your order details and we’ll put together a custom quote that reflects the best pricing for your specific project.
What are your minimums?
Our minimum for screen printing is 24 items. Bulk pricing begins at 12 items. Minimums for promotional products vary by item.
What is your standard turnaround?
Bulk orders typically take about 2 weeks for production.
If you have a deadline, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline. Rush orders are available, but may limit garment choices and print options.
What if I need multiple designs or print locations?
No problem. We can accommodate orders with multiple design variations or print locations (front, back, sleeve, etc.). Keep in mind that each print run must be at least 12 items for volume pricing.
What types of apparel can you print on?
We can print on a wide range of garments including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, polos, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, let us know and we’ll confirm whether it works with the print method you’re interested in.
Can you print on items other than apparel?
Yes. In addition to apparel, we can print on a variety of other items such as tote bags, tablecloths, and other fabric products. If you have a specific item in mind, contact us and we’ll let you know if it’s compatible with our printing methods.
Can you source apparel for me?
Yes. We can order apparel for your project from a wide range of brands, styles, and colors. Many items shown on our website are order-only items and are not stocked in-store, but we can quickly order them for you.
If you’re unsure which garment is best for your project, we’re happy to help you choose an option that works well with your design and budget.
Can I bring my own garments or items?
In many cases, yes. However, we may need to verify that the material is compatible with the printing method and heat process. A $2 per item outside item fee applies to customer-supplied apparel and items.
Can I see a proof before my order goes to print?
Yes. We provide a digital proof for your approval before any order goes into production. We won’t start printing until you’ve signed off on the design placement, sizing, and colors.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files like AI, EPS, or PDF are preferred for the best results. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we can usually still work with it and help prepare the artwork for print.
Do you help with artwork or design setup?
Yes. If your artwork needs adjustments or preparation for printing, we can assist with setup to ensure the best results. We may charge a design fee depending on complexity.
